WE'RE HERE TO HELP

Dear Friends and Family of the Simpson Family of Dealerships,

We understand the growing concern associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus), not only world-wide, but right in the towns where we live and work. As the coronavirus spreads around the country, I want you to know customer and dealership personnel safety are of the utmost importance during this unprecedented time and we are doing everything we can to protect you and our employees. We remain open as an essential business to serve your vehicle needs and give you the upmost confidence for whatever tomorrow may bring.

Amid multiple COVID-19 Pandemic mandated state "Shelter in Place" directives, we have taken the necessary steps for your safety when doing business with us. Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we're keeping stores open, and will keep a close eye on their updated recommendations. In addition, here's a rundown of actions we're taking:

  • Employees are required to wear a face covering within our facilities and practice social distancing during our transactions. We are asking employees to stop at the top of the hour to wash their hands and disinfect their work stations.
  • We are sanitizing work areas and customer lounges, cleaning and disinfecting door handles, bathrooms, counter surfaces, seating in our stores, parts shipping centers, and offices more frequently.
  • Vehicles will be cleaned and protective coverings will be used when the vehicle comes in for service. We are stocking all stores, service areas, and offices with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and steering wheel covers, as well as changing air filters more often.
  • We've temporarily stopped serving donuts in our dealerships.
  • We're also taking care of our employees and encouraging them to take paid sick time if they feel under the weather or need to care for sick family members.

It's a tough time right now and we offer our deepest sympathies to all who have been affected. Please know we'll continue to do our best to care for the health of our communities, our employees, and most especially, you.

All my best,

David A. Simpson, President
Simpson Family of Dealerships
